Maintenance programs
Any building looks its best the week after a deep clean. What matters is month nine. We build a recurring schedule around your traffic volume and your hours, so standards hold without anyone chasing us.
Service questions
If the answer you need is not here, call us. We would rather talk it through than have you guess at a budget.
A scrub and recoat removes the top layer of finish and lays fresh coats over it. A full strip takes the floor back to bare tile with chemical stripper, neutralises it, then rebuilds 4 to 6 coats. Recoats are cheaper and faster; a strip is what you need once build-up has gone grey or yellow.
Finish is walkable in about an hour per coat and takes 24 to 48 hours to fully cure. We schedule the work so the cure happens overnight or across a weekend and nobody is kept out of the space.
That is the normal arrangement. We sequence work between shifts, after close or on weekends, and we put the sequence in writing with the quote so your team knows which area is out of use on which night.
We can. Soap, paper, liners and hand sanitiser can be included in the contract and restocked on each visit, with shortages flagged before anyone has to call about them.
Where the room has to come back into use quickly, yes. Encapsulation and bonnet work dry in one to two hours. Hot-water extraction pulls more soil but needs longer, so we match the method to your schedule.
