Commercial Carpet Care
Encapsulation, bonnet and hot-water extraction for offices, corridors, banquet halls and event venues. The method is chosen by how fast you need the room back, not by what is quickest for us.
Running this across the GTA since 1991
What is involved
The three things that decide whether this job holds up, rather than looking good for a fortnight.
Encapsulation and bonnet work dry in one to two hours, which is what makes a Saturday teardown and a Sunday set-up possible.
Hot-water extraction pulls far more out of the pile but needs longer to dry. We use it wherever the schedule allows.
Wine, wax, grease and food traffic lifted out of patterned banquet carpet without taking the colour with it.
Proof
Same room, same lighting, before and after. Drag to compare.
Before
After
Ground-in soil and adhesive haze across the plank seams, removed and sealed overnight.
Before
After
Dull, streaked tile refinished. The room reads twice as bright with no other change.
Before
After
A 2,400 sq ft entrance with years of finish build-up. Stripped to bare tile, neutralised, then coated with wax to seal the shine.
Where we run it
The sectors where commercial carpet care comes up on nearly every site.

If the answer you need is not here, call us. We would rather talk it through than have you guess at a budget.
One to two hours with low-moisture methods, longer with extraction. Tell us when the room is needed and we pick the method to suit.
Wicking is what brings a stain back, and it happens when soil below the pile is left wet. Proper extraction and drying is what prevents it.
Light furniture, yes, as part of the job. Anything heavy or fragile we scope with you first rather than surprise you on the night.
