Post-Construction Clean-Up
Final-phase cleaning for new builds and renovations. Adhesive and grout haze off the floors, dust out of everywhere it settled, protective finish down, and the space handed over ready to occupy.
Running this across the GTA since 1991
What is involved
The three things that decide whether this job holds up, rather than looking good for a fortnight.
Thinset haze, adhesive, paint spots and sealer residue come off the floor without damaging it. This is the step that decides whether a new floor looks new.
Construction dust keeps settling for days after the trades leave. We clean high to low, then come back for the second fall rather than handing over a space that greys over in its first week.
A new floor gets its first coats from us, so it goes into service sealed rather than taking traffic bare.
Proof
Same room, same lighting, before and after. Drag to compare.
Before
After
Dull, streaked tile refinished. The room reads twice as bright with no other change.
Before
After
Winter salt damage and worn traffic lanes stripped out, then sealed for the next season.
Before
After
Ground-in soil and adhesive haze across the plank seams, removed and sealed overnight.
Where we run it

If the answer you need is not here, call us. We would rather talk it through than have you guess at a budget.
After the last trade and before the furniture. Give us the construction schedule and we will hold the dates and move with it, because these dates always move.
We can do both. A rough clean mid-build keeps the site workable; the final clean is the one that gets photographed.
Interior glass, frames, tracks and sills are part of the final clean, including the sticker and label residue nobody else wants to deal with.
