Concrete, Quarry Tile & Entrances
Degreasing and restoration for entrance vestibules, quarry-tile walkways, kitchens and loading areas. These take the most abuse in the building and are usually the first thing anyone sees.
Running this across the GTA since 1991
What is involved
The three things that decide whether this job holds up, rather than looking good for a fortnight.
Hot-water pressure extraction through quarry tile and grout, including under equipment and along drains, where mopping has never reached.
Salt residue etches a finish and leaves a white bloom. Neutralising washes through the season keep it from setting in.
Degreased tile has grip. The aim is a clean floor with its coefficient of friction intact, not a shiny hazard.
Proof
Same room, same lighting, before and after. Drag to compare.
Before
After
Degreased and scrubbed to a polished finish. No new tile. That is the original colour returning.
Before
After
Winter salt damage and worn traffic lanes stripped out, then sealed for the next season.
Before
After
Ground-in soil and adhesive haze across the plank seams, removed and sealed overnight.
Where we run it

If the answer you need is not here, call us. We would rather talk it through than have you guess at a budget.
Almost never. What looks like permanently dark tile is usually years of grease held in the grout, and pressure extraction takes it out. The quarry tile pair in our gallery is exactly that.
Yes. Kitchen and loading-area work is sequenced after close or between shifts, with the area dry and back in use before the next service.
Entry matting holds the grit that scratches everything past it. We clean it on the same visit, or tell you when it is past saving.
